The purchase of a day ticket or a 2-days ticket involves accepting the following conditions:
1- Once the ticket has been bought, no refunds will be granted. In case of cancellation of the event, the organizer will refund the entry fee within fifteen days after cancellation. No refund will be given if the cancellation is due to weather conditions.
2- The day tickets and 2-days ticket will be exchanged into a bracelet at the main entrance to the venue. Broken, counterfeit or false tickets will not be accepted. The bracelet is personal and untransferable, any manipulations are strictly forbidden.
3- According to the law, when entering the venue visitors may receive a security inspection. Visitors who refuse the inspection will not be allowed in the venue. It is not allowed to enter the venue with: alcohol, drugs, any kind of weapons, fireworks and flares or animals, except guide dogs. It is not allowed to leave the event with alcoholic beverages purchased into the venue. Right of admission reserved.
4- The organization shall expel any person whose attitude is inappropriate, offensive, violent, any person who is under the effects of alcohol and/or drugs and any person who wears a counterfeit or manipulated bracelet.
5- Entering the venue implies that visitors may appear in video tapes or photographs, used for informative or commercial purposes, with no right to compensation.
6- The organization reserves the right to change or alter the program and the timetables.
